About

I’ve recently returned to my love of photography having previously been a professional in what felt like a different life 25 years ago.

My collection covers several decades of work and curating the images for this site from over 6,000 images has been a painstaking but I hope worthwhile process.

I’m far from done yet and will continue to add images from my existing stock library as well as create new ones.

My influences in the main have been Cartier-Bresson and Doisneau but also my father who became a pro photographer shortly after WW2 having worked in optical engineering and reconnaissance work in the RAF. I think the fact that my small bedroom was also his dark room and stored all of his equipment influenced me from a young age as did watching him carefully develop and process film. It all seemed like magic to me.

Thanks for visiting, I hope you like what you see and please feel free to contact me any time here or via Instagram.
